Facebook Login Bug
Thank you for playing LINE: Disney Tsum Tsum.
The following issue has been fixed.
■ Details
- Some players are unable to log in after linking their accounts with Facebook
- Facebook friends do not display for some players
The above bugs have been fixed for players using iOS devices.
For players using Android devices, the above bugs may be completely resolved by updating the game app to Ver. 1.89.0.
Please update your Android device to the latest version of the game app.
If Facebook friends don't display even after updating the game app to the latest version, please try the following:

■ Unlink your Facebook account and then relink it to the game app
(Points of note: Please read the following BEFORE unlinking your Facebook account.)
- Before unlinking your Facebook account, please be sure to check your Facebook account that's currently linked to the Tsum Tsum app, and to check if you can log in to the game app with the account.
You can see which apps have been linked to your Facebook account from the Apps and Websites category under Settings on the Facebook app.
- For inquiries regarding your Facebook account, please contact Facebook.
- Please make sure to follow the flow below on the device you currently use when playing Tsum Tsum.
- If your game app has been linked not only to your Facebook account but also to your LINE account, please do NOT unlink your LINE account while performing the following actions.
Your data won't be transferrable if you have unlinked both your Facebook and LINE accounts.
In the event that you have unlinked your LINE account, please relink your LINE account first.
1. Tap the gear icon at the bottom left of the home screen after starting the app.
2. Tap the Account button at the bottom left of the Options screen and then tap the Unlink Facebook button.
3. Log in to the game via the tile screen and tap the Facebook Login button after tapping the Account button on the Options screen.
4. Go to the Edit Requested Access screen after moving to the Facebook screen, and make sure the Friend list button is in blue before logging in to the game with your Facebook account.
