Make sure your square members remain in your square after the renewal!
After OpenChat renewal, existing square users who have joined a square but not the square chatroom will lose their member status.
As admin, here are 2 ways to keep your members after the service renewal.
1. Create post announcement to inform of the service renewal and remind members to join at least one chatroom in the square
2. set the post as important post so all the square members can receive your post notification
Tips
- To provide more options to square members in joining chatrooms, admins should create multiple chatrooms based on various topics of the square
