1. Since OpenChat members register anonymously, is there any way for admins to save member contact details?

 Due to security reasons, there is no way for admins to easily save OpenChat member contact details. Admins can create a normal group chat in LINE and share the link in the OpenChat so existing members can join. 

2. Can I use OpenChat that I have already signed up for?

 Existing OpenChats cannot be used once the service has ended. Any OpenChats you've joined will disappear from the chat list. Existing chat history can be downloaded from the settings menu in the chat. Make sure to download any files or chat history before 20 July 2022.

3. Can I use OpenChat in other countries?

Once the service ends, you won't be able to use OpenChat in any country. If you've joined an OpenChat in another country, you will be removed when the service ends. If you are an admin of an OpenChat in another country, the admin authority will be transferred according to the service policy.

4. What happens to users from other countries who joined OpenChat in Indonesia?

After the service ends, users from other countries who have joined an Indonesia OpenChat will still be able to see the chat history. However, any such chats will be unusable.
