Getting Started

Account Management
Sign Up & Verification
  • Open the employer dashboard landing page and see the signup form
  • Fill up your data to the sign-up form, and click submit
  • You just signed up for new account. System will automatically send a verification link to your email
  • To verify your email, look for an email from dl_id_linejobs_partners@linecorp.com
  • Click the link provided in the email
  • You will be redirected to the dashboard
  • Now you can login

  • Forgot Password
  • Click on the forgot password and you will be redirected to forgot password form
  • Submit your registered email to the forgot password form. System will automatically send a reset password link
  • Check your email for the reset password link and click
  • Type your new password and click submit
  • Your password is now successfully changed, you can login with your new password

  • Company Management
    Registration
  • Click on New Company, you will be redirected to the Company Registration form
  • Complete your company data
  • Make sure to fill out all of the required fields
  • Click submit
  • Your company is now available on your company list
  • LINE Jobs admin will review your company data by 2 (two) working days the latest

  • Verification
  • Check your company status
  • After your company is verified, by default you are granted an Administrator access
  • You are now able to start posting jobs
  • If your company is rejected, please check the feedback from LINE Jobs admin and resubmit

  • Member Access Management
  • As Administrator, click on Company Account Management
  • Available access are Administrator and Operator
  • To add member, click Add, enter the email address, and choose the preferred access
  • To remove member, click Delete on the selected member
  • To edit member access, click Edit and choose the preferred access

  • Job Posting Management
    Add New Job Posting
  • Click Job Posting on the left side menu
  • Click Add New Job
  • Complete the job post form
  • Make sure to fill out all of the required fields
  • Click Submit to publish your job post immediately
  • Click Save as Draft to save your job post only in the system

  • Edit Job Posting
  • Click Job Posting on the left side menu
  • Click Edit on the selected job
  • Edit on the selected fields
  • Make sure the required fields are filled out
  • Click Submit to publish your job post immediately
  • Click Save as Draft to save your job post only in the system

  • Delete Job Posting
  • Click Job Posting on the left side menu
  • Click Delete on the selected job
  • Click Yes to confirm



  • FAQ

    Can I use the same email to re-register?
    No. You have to use new email to re-register.

    What if I don't receive any verification mail?
    Please check your spam email folder. If you still don't receive the verification mail, kindly contact us through dl_id_linejobs_partners@linecorp.com.

    How long is the company verification process by LINE Jobs staff?
    The company verification process requires 2x24 hours (2 working days). If you do not receive any response within the time period, please contact us through dl_id_linejobs_partner@linecorp.com.

    If I have posted my job openings through LINE Jobs previously, do I need to re-register my company?
    No. But, please let us know through dl_id_linejobs_partner@linecorp.com to make you the administrator of your company.
